SHEEP RESOURCES
Please remember...that most recipes are
for wool breeds. The meat of the hair breeds
should be cooked like a "Turkey"...
At a lower 350 temp...and/or a longer time
since there's virtually no fat in the meat.
Also, since there's no lanolin in the meat,
the pungent spices like rosemary...can be
reduced, or in some cases....eliminated.
